Aldi is gearing up to launch its Halloween treat range this weekend, aiming to beat out rivals with a mix of returning favourites and a couple of brand-new additions. One of the standout products is the Halloween Sweet Tub, priced at £3.69 for a generous 600g, packed with blackcurrant, strawberry, and orange flavoured gummies shaped like skulls, bats, and ghosts.

It’s a firm favourite for anyone planning a Halloween gathering or simply stocking up for trick-or-treaters, offering a solid amount of sweets for a fairly low price point compared with similar seasonal sharing tubs elsewhere.

There’s a new Munch Mix joining the Halloween lineup this year.

Alongside the returning sweet tub, Aldi is also launching its first ever Halloween Munch Mix, bringing together a varied selection of snacks in one bag. It combines spooky shaped milk chocolate pieces with salty pretzels, candy coated chocolate lentils, crispy malt balls and buttery toffee popcorn.

The mix of sweet and savoury makes it a versatile option for anyone hosting a Halloween get-together, offering a bit of variety beyond the usual sweets and chocolate bars typically found in seasonal treat ranges.

Shoppers already thinking ahead to Christmas have options too.

For anyone already planning further ahead, Aldi has also launched its Christmas Munch Mix Tin, which landed on shelves slightly earlier on September 20. Priced at £5.99 for a 350g tin, it offers a festive twist on the same kind of snack mix concept.

Inside, shoppers will find fruit flavoured gummy sweets, toffee popcorn, salted pretzels and milk chocolate beans, alongside a brand-new addition this year in the form of chocolate snowballs. It’s a solid early option for anyone who likes to get their Christmas shopping sorted well ahead of the December rush.

How much will the wider Halloween range will cost?

Beyond the two headline products, Aldi is rolling out a considerably wider Halloween confectionery range too, with prices starting from as little as 89p. Given how popular seasonal Specialbuys tend to be, shoppers are being encouraged to move quickly once the range officially lands, since items like this have a habit of selling out fast once word gets around.

The full Halloween treats range becomes available in stores from September 27, though as with most limited seasonal ranges, availability will depend on stock levels at individual stores.

The full list of what’s included in Aldi’s Halloween range

The Halloween Sweet Tub, priced at £3.69 for 600g, remains the standout sharing option, packed with blackcurrant, strawberry, and orange gummy skulls, bats, and ghosts. For anyone after individually wrapped treats suited to trick-or-treat bowls, Chocolate Bats at £1.99 for 100g and Chocolate Lollies at £2.69 for 150g offer a simple milk chocolate option.

There’s also a Halloween Mallow Bag at 99p for 150g and a Mallow Lolly at 89p for 45g, both featuring fluffy ghost shaped marshmallows and playful designs including pumpkins, black cats and Day of the Dead artwork. For anyone after something a bit more sour, Gummy Brains and Fizzy Spiders come in at 99p for 160g, offering a proper sherbet kick for under a pound.

You’ll want to plan your Halloween shop early this year.

With such a wide range of products landing at once, and prices kept deliberately low across the board, it’s easy to see why Aldi’s seasonal Specialbuys tend to generate so much interest each year. Whether you’re stocking up for a party, sorting trick-or-treat supplies, or simply fancy a seasonal treat for yourself, there’s a broad spread of options to choose from.

Given how quickly limited seasonal ranges like this tend to move once they hit shelves, you’ll want to pop into your local store fairly early once the range launches, rather than leaving it until closer to Halloween itself when popular items may already be gone.

Whether you’re after a sharing tub for a party or something small for the trick-or-treaters, Aldi’s Halloween range offers a decent spread of options at prices that shouldn’t stretch the budget too far this October.
