It’s hard to know how to pull yourself out of the funk it gets you in, especially when you don’t know why you’re feeling that way in the first place. If loneliness and isolation have become the norm for you, know that it doesn’t have to be that way (and it won’t, not forever). Here are some important things to remember while you work towards reaching that light at the end of the tunnel.
